How to Clean

How to Clean Revlon Hair Dryer Brush?

The hair gets tangled in this brush’s extremely long, thick, and thin plastic bristles. Because they have electric wires inside, Revlon brushes cannot be cleaned with excess water because the water might harm the wires from getting inside. As a result, a specialized cleaning technique is used on this comb to prevent internal damage. Because I have this brush and have been using this brush for a long time and due to the hair getting stuck, I keep cleaning it every fortnight due to it stays clean and my brush does not get damaged.

To clean your Revlon hair dryer brush, follow these steps:

  1. Turn off and unplug the hair dryer brush before cleaning.
  2. Remove any hair or debris from the brush bristles using a comb or brush.
  3. Mix a few drops of mild shampoo or dish soap with lukewarm water in a bowl.
  4. Dip a soft cloth or sponge in the soapy water and gently wipe the surface of the brush head and bristles with a soapy sponge. Remain here for a while until all the debris softens.
  5. Use a toothbrush or other small brush to clean hard-to-reach areas or stubborn debris.
  6. To remove tangled hair from inside the brush, use any such object as a crochet hook.
  7. To completely rinse the brush’s head and bristles, dunk a clean towel in water. Repeat these steps until all of the soap has been removed from the brush.
  8. Gently wipe the brush head and bristles with a clean towel to remove any remaining moisture.
  9. Leave the brush to air dry completely before using it again.

Note: Do not immerse the entire hair dryer brush in water, and do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials to clean the brush as this can damage the bristles and inner electric machine.
